Hi, I’m Alex Mityuk. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes since 2006, and I truly love what I do. With years of experience and a focus on clear communication, strong negotiation, and great results, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Kitchener-Waterloo has been my home since 1992. I know this community inside and out, and I bring both local knowledge and a personal connection to every client I work with. I’m known for being detail-oriented, a good listener, and someone who makes the whole process feel simple and stress-free.

Many of my clients come back or refer their friends and family — and that trust means everything to me. I’ve built long-lasting relationships over the years, and I’m always just a call or message away.

Real estate is a family passion. My wife, Galina, recently joined me in the business after working as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She brings kindness, precision, and professionalism to everything she does. Our daughter, Katherine, is a dedicated French teacher, and our son, Alex Jr., is a motivated young realtor who also works with us. Together, we’re a close-knit family team, ready to help.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, staying active, or playing pickleball. I believe in living with energy and purpose — and I bring that same approach to helping you reach your real estate goals.
