About Maja
Hi, I'm Maja Veletanlic (pronounced Maya).
I've been a proud resident of Kitchener-Waterloo for over 25 years, and I bring a unique blend of community insight, client-focused service, and a longstanding career in higher education and business development. These experiences have helped me develop the ability to navigate complex situations, build trust, and create successful business relationships, skills that are essential in real estate. I have a passion for interior design and deep knowledge of our local neighbourhoods and market which allows me to offer clients a perspective that balances functionality and style, value, personal preference, as well as investment potential.
I pride myself on my thoughtful approach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and I ensure that clients can move forward with confidence, whether they’re purchasing their first home, downsizing, or selling. I am committed to creating lasting relationships with my clients, and I’m excited to bring my love for the KW community and real estate into my work.
In my spare time, I’m mastering the art of dodging Legos, refereeing epic pillow fights, and perfecting my skills as a snack provider—because, as a boy mom, that’s basically a superpower! I love travelling, reading or whipping up delicious meals to share with family and friends. There’s nothing better than good food and great company!
